Susan Bagwell "Dee" Haslam (born July 15, 1954) is an American businesswoman and part owner of the Pilot Flying J corporate truck stop/gasoline station chain who, in August 2012, along with husband and Pilot Flying J CEO Jimmy Haslam III,, became the co-majority owner of the Cleveland Browns upon final close and the NFL's official approval of the team's sale on October 25, 2012.[2][3] Her father in-law, fellow businessman James Haslam, Jr. founded the Pilot Flying J company in 1958 as the Pilot Oil Corporation.

In additon to her stake in the Browns and Pilot Flying J, Dee is also and the CEO and executive producer of the RIVR Media Companies,. an American-based TV production company, specializing in reality and documentary programming. RIVR is responsible for such notable cable TV programs as Whale Wars,[4] Trading Spaces, Fat Guys in the Woods, Renovation Realities, Friday Night Impossible with Jerry Rice, Escaping Polygamy, Going RV, Great American Heroes featuring Trace Adkins, and Run My Renovation.
