Kelaokalani Fifita "Kalani" Sitake (born October 10, 1975 in Nuku'alofa, Tonga) is an American football coach and former player. Sitake is currently the head coach for the BYU Cougars, a position he has held since December 2015. Sitake is the first native of the South Pacific nation of Tonga to become an American collegiate head football coach.

Sitake played collegiately at BYU as a fullback, and served as an assistant coach for the Oregon State Beavers and Utah Utes before taking the BYU head coaching job.
