The Southern Athletic Association is a new NCAA Division III conference scheduled to begin play in 2012, formed of five teams that were previously members of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference. The Chicago Maroons & Washington (MO) Bears will join the SAA as affiliate members in 2015.
